Our focus is to deepen the market by providing value adding solutions and support the government in its financial inclusion drive.

Our goal is to be the low cost financial services enabler to various sectors such as banking, micro-finance, pensions, etc with a view to creating wealth for low income communities in Nigeria.

Femi Akande is an entrepreneur in Nigeria with vast experience in the Nigerian business environment. He graduated from the University of Lagos in 1995. He has previous experience within the Oil & Gas industry, with ExxonMobil. In addition, he worked in venture capital focusing on utilities within Nigeria.

This included several projects with Engen Petroleum SouthAfrica, Petronas Malaysia, Grintek Energy South Africa and Aggreko Power UK working on various projects within Oil &Gas, Power and Energy Reticulation.

He also has previous experience in the Telecoms industry by creating a value adding service firm that brought Sagem France to invest in Nigeria.

Today, he has specific business interests in Financial Inclusion, Food and Entertainment representing various companies in Nigeria including PayCode SA, Credence ID USA, Famoco FRANCE, Orient SOUTH AFRICA & WildCat Entertainment FRANCE Etc

He worked as an adviser to Oriental Energy, a Nigerian Exploration and Production company from 2004 to 2010. He was involved in the various development cycles of the Ebok Field from exploration to development and eventually to production. He has led teams to develop oil and gas investment in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. He also worked inNigeria and Algeria to develop opportunities in the Trans Saharan Gas Pipeline. He is a member of the Institute ofDirectors, Nigeria.

Mr. Laoye has over 20 years legal practice experience in General Corporate Commercial Law with an emphasis on Media & Entertainment related matters and has been involved in major land mark matters which have impacted positively in the Nigerian creative industry’s landscape.

Mr. Laoye has held directorship positions in companies indifferent industries and served as the Special Adviser to the Chief Executive/Director General in the apex regulatory and promotional maritime agency in Nigeria.
